Dedicated to giving you the care you deserve!

What to Expect

Your first appointment will be the longest, expect to be here for 1.5 hours  but up to 2 hours if you have  a rich medical history. A detailed history will be taken along with details regarding your current health.  Ayurvedic and TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) tongue and pulse diagnostics may be part of your consultation. You will then have a western herbal formula created to your unique bio-individuality. Following your consultation a plan will be created for you which will be emailed, usually within 24hours. You will be given naturopathic advice to implement and suggestions of specific targeted nutrients and supplements. In three weeks you will then have a follow up consultation to review the past three weeks and make any changes in your next formula. Depending on your degree of health, your constitution and how long you have had the problem we are treating, will influence how long you will need to stay on your herbs. Acute problems may be resolved in 1 or 2 bottles. However for longer standing issues,  it may take a couple of months, however these changes are profound and lasting.

Initial consultations cost €90 which includes the emailed report.

Follow up consultations cost €75.

Herbal formulas cost €40 for a three week supply for an adult, children’s formulas cost  €18-€30 for three week supply or more.

Choosing Your Options

Whether you choose to pay as you go or sign up for a specific program, you will receive dedicated support and care. All treatment is individually tailored and therefore people on the same plan may be receiving different advice, herbal formulas and naturopathic plan.

What’s the difference between paying as you go and signing up for a plan?

When you sign up for a plan you are paying upfront for a particular period of time.  You will receive all the consultations, treatments, herbal medicine, naturopathic plans, nutritional plan and recipes. Health and wellness coaching may be included in your plan, likewise bodywork might also be included.

With pay as you go, you pay for each treatment, consultation and herbs at each visit. Meal plans and recipes are not included although dietary advice is given.

Those with a chronic illness are better to join the chronic illness plan than to pay as you go, as significant savings are to be found in the plan.

If you need help deciding or want to know what specific plan can be designed for you, we can discuss this during an initial consultation and work out what’s the best option for you.

Are we a Match?

Not sure we are a match?  This is for:
Someone who is now ready to take responsibility for their health.
Someone committed to making changes and cultivating habits to enhance their wellbeing.
Someone who understands that real change, real resolution, can take time and is willing to put in the effort.
Someone who is open to being guided and play an active part in their health and well being.

Catherine is kind and gentle in her approach and understands that its not always easy to make life changes no matter how motivated you may be and that sometimes things just get in the way.  However someone who wants a quick fix or expects a long term health condition to be resolved in a week or two, or someone who is unwilling to make any necessary lifestyle changes or who doesn’t believe this will work but will “give it a try anyway”,  may not be the best match.
